Awareness is the first step towards healing. Healing, to me, covers different levels. It is not just physical or emotional healing - many would describe it as change or improvement.

 

​We all understand the world through different frames. This framing is inevitable. We can talk for hours about the colour blue, but at the end of the day we are never 100% sure blue is the same to you as it is to me. This is why, with optimal performance coaching, we use your own body to get into movement. Anybody can join, taking your own frame - your body - as the starting part. 

​Through exercises you will experience:
★ What your stressors are
★ Which behavioral patterns are keeping you bound
★ How to recognize your patterns and the signals your body is giving you 

★ Where your priorities are in life and how to shift them
★ How to apply what you learn in your daily life.

​This is exactly what finding Optimal Performance is all about. With the special Mind5 M.E.T.H.O.D you (and your coworkers or friends) will go through the process of experiential learning. Step by step you will grow into a new mindset and you will notice significant differences in your daily life.

This journey takes about 6 weeks and we will have one 1.5 to 2 hour training session every week. We will cover the subjects:

E = Energy Management

T = Team work

H = Hold Focus

O = Optimal Performance

D = Development & Reflection
